Introduction of MCFC Training Centre

The MCFC Training Centre is recognized by the Malaysia Garments And Linens Cleaning Services Association as the official laundry training partner.

The goal of MCFC Training Centre is to serve the industry and liaise with the government. Following the value of “reform, unite, technology, and serving”, we persist in safeguarding the legitimate interest of the industry, promoting the improvement of the overall level of the industry, and actively advocating “scientific washing, honest service” industry development concept. As such, we can ensure the healthy and orderly development of the laundry industry in Malaysia.

The MCFC Training Centre aims to work on the goals below:

Represent the voice of laundry companies, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the industry, and promote the implementation of the government’s guidelines, policies, and relevant regulations on the industry.

Based on the needs of industrial development, we promote industry discipline, formulate industry rules and regulations to establish an industry self-discipline mechanism, standardize industry self-management behavior, promote equal competition among companies, improve the industry quality, and safeguard the overall rights and interests of the industry.

Establish a national laundry industry training and evaluation system, invent the basic theory for laundry, professional technology, business management, professional qualifications, etc. of the laundry industry, promote technological innovation and improvement of R&D capabilities, build an information exchange platform, and provide a full range of services.

To promote new technologies and achievements suitable for the development of the industry by holding exhibitions, producing journals, technical briefings, and publishing website, so that they can be transformed into productivity in the shortest time.

Promote horizontal economic relations based on the principle of mutual benefit, coordinate exchanges and cooperation between associations, jointly promote technological progress and service level improvement in the industry, provide related consulting services for companies, strengthen the tie with domestic and foreign industry organizations and institutions, dispatch trainees, and conduct mutual visits and cooperation.

  • Holds a Diploma in Fashion and Textiles (MIA – Malaysian Institute of Arts).
  • Certified by the Dry Cleaning and Laundry Institute (DLI) at Maryland, USA in 2005 for her laundry and dry cleaning skills.
  • Trained over 200 graduates from Indonesia, Korea, India, Cambodia, Myanmar, Africa and Malaysia.
  • Appointed as the technical advisor to the Malaysia Garments And Linens Cleaning Services Association in 2019.
